Hi, my name is Randee Pope, Doctor of Physical Therapy and advocate for taking control over you and your child’s health and mobility.

Unfortunately our health system is set up to be very REACTIVE instead of PROACTIVE, I am ready to change that mindset.
Whether you are already in pain or just aren’t moving the way you want to. Whether your pediatrician has told you to wait and see or has already recommended therapy, lets take out the guessing game.
My goal is to not only get you feeling and moving your best but to instill confidence in how to take care of your body and how to help your little one succeed.

There is no cookie cutter approach to therapy. Each treatment session is individualized towards your current limitations and your goals. I am excited to work with you!

A little more about me.

I discovered my passion for physical therapy after injuring my ankle in high school and having reconstructive surgery. My therapist at the time helped me get back to what I loved and I knew I wanted to do the same for others. Once I was in physical therapy school I learned more about pediatric and orthopedic therapy and loved the connection and ways you could educate and help your patients in each or these specialties. One of the things I love the most about physical therapy is the amount of one on one time I get with my patients. I hear a lot of the story that physicians sometimes cannot, simply because I have more time to listen and more time to ask questions.

I am skilled in manual therapy and wanted to continue to use that skill set to help people move better and relieve pain. I have had far too many patients who have come to me after dealing with pain for too long because they either didn’t want to make a doctor appointment or they were told to wait and see what happens. A majority of the time that pain is a simple mechanical or postural fix. Pediatrics has always held a special place in my heart since my first rotation with the kiddos, I mean, who doesn’t love talking about your favorite animal and how fast your shoes are on a daily basis? In all seriousness, I love seeing how much kids can progress and how much I can help the family. Now that I am a mom, I am even more passionate about my role as a pediatric PT. I have done the endless hours of googling and self diagnosing my children. I want to eliminate the unknowns and help you feel confident in your child’s development.

I have been very lucky to always work with a wide variety of patients that reflects my wide knowledge base, from children with developmental delay, plagiocephaly, Torticollis, Cerebral Palsy, Spina Bifida, genetic conditions, to high school and collegiate athletes, weekend warrior athletes, women during and following pregnancy, first responders/those with physically demanding jobs, and those who sit a lot for work. Besides physical therapy I love spending time with my husband, James, and our two daughters as well as our extended family. I love being outdoors, cooking/baking, staying active, playing board and card games, watching trashy dating shows, and learning new things.
