We provide an individualized approach to the management of a variety of women’s health issues that encompass, but are not limited to: properly tracking and balancing menstrual cycles, improving menstrual pain and heavy periods, as well as optimizing fertility through Mercier Therapy.

Therapy designed with both parent and child in mind. Sessions are built around gaining the confidence to advocate for your child, bond with them, as well as give you the knowledge to help them succeed within their movement potential and capabilities.

You deserve to feel your best! We will work together to pinpoint the problem and establish a plan based on your goals. This plan will utilize a combination of exercise, education, and hands on manual therapy (which may include soft tissue mobilization, joint mobilization, Gaston, and/or therapeutic taping) to get you back to doing what you love.

A head to toe functional mobility assessment. The IMA is a 90 minute appointment that includes a brief medical and activity history, mobility and strength screen, and education on assessment outcomes. You will leave with a work up of where your body is moving well, as well as targeted exercises for the areas that could cause pain if left untreated. These sessions will not address or evaluate current pain. No more waiting until you are in pain before intervening
